This website lets visitors request an appointment with the dentist at Balkan Dental Polyclinic. Submitting the form does not by itself guarantee a confirmed booking — the clinic will follow up by email or phone to confirm the time.
Using the booking form
Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you. Bookings requested for past dates, closed days, or hours outside the clinic's schedule will not be accepted. The clinic may decline or reschedule a request if needed.
Cancellations
If you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.
Medical advice
The information on this site is general and does not replace a consultation. For any concern about your dental health, please book a visit or contact the clinic directly.
Liability
The clinic provides this site in good faith but is not liable for incidental issues such as temporary downtime, delayed emails or third-party connectivity problems.
