What information we collect
When you submit the booking form on this site we receive the name, phone number and email address you provide, along with any optional notes you choose to share about the visit. We do not collect data beyond what the form asks for.
How we use it
The information is used only to schedule and confirm your appointment, to send you booking-related emails (confirmation, reschedule, cancellation), and to contact you about your visit if needed.
Storage and sharing
Your details are stored in a private database owned by the clinic. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with our email provider only for the limited purpose of delivering the booking emails described above.
Cookies
The site stores a small cookie for your chosen language and a session cookie for the admin login. If the clinic has enabled web analytics, the analytics provider will set additional cookies with IP addresses anonymised.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting the clinic using the details on the homepage.
